1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 2:00PM.
Check-out time is 10:00AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
After Hours: If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact us at 02 6342 2011 and
we can make arrangements for you.
2. Reservation Policy
Guests must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking.
The balance is due upon check-in.
Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge for the first night'sstay.
3. Room Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for each room type isspecified on the motel website and booking
confirmation.
Children under 12 years may stay in their parent or guardian's room for free.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for
separately during your stay.
Additional guests will be charged an extra-person fee.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
Smoking is permitted on the motel grounds but not directly in front of rooms or with the room
door open.
A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.

5. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in rooms, exceptservice animals.
Unauthorized pets in rooms will incur a $500 penalty.
6. Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to motel property during theirstay.
Any damage may be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
7. Noise Policy
Guests are expected to respect other guests' right to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their
rooms.
Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
8. Amenities Policy
Guests are welcome to use the motel's amenities:
The motel is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur while using the amenities.
9. Liability
The motel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during a guest's
stay.
10. Payment Policy
The motel accepts cash, credit card, and debit card payments.
A valid credit card must be provided at check-in, even if the guest intends to pay with cash or a
debit card.
A hold may be placed on the credit card for incidentals and released upon check-out, provided
there are no damages or unpaid charges.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if the motel cannot provide a reasonable alternative or solution.
Refunds do not apply to changes of mind, personal preferences, minor complaints, or
complaints that are not reported immediately.
12. Guest Conduct

Guests must act respectfully towards motelstaff and other guests.
Aggressive, abusive, or manipulative behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
13. Room Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after their
stay. Applicable charges will be charged to the card on file.
14. Parking Policy
Parking is provided for guests' convenience.
The motel is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings
left in the parking area.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are securely locked and valuables are not left
unattended.
15. Acknowledgement
By booking and staying at Cowra Motor Inn, guests acknowledge that they have read,
understood, and agreed to abide by all the motel's policies and terms listed above.
